ART SCHOOL TERMS
PIXEL ART AND DESIGN STUDIO RULES OF CONDUCT
All students must abide by proper rules of conduct while in attendance of our classes. Inappropriate use of computers and the internet will lead to non-refundable dismissal. Please also be aware that our studio will be open 10 minutes prior to the start of each class. If you are a parent or guardian please ensure that you arrive promptly at the end of class to pick up your child as there will be no supervision. Please also note that our waiting area is shared. The area must remain clean and the noise level must remain low at all times.
If your child has a special need or food allergy we ask that you inform us at least one week in advance.
Pixel Art & Design Studio reserves the right to use images generated on our premises for promotional purposes. It is your responsibility to inform us if you do not consent to same.
Graphics used to promote our workshops are copyrighted, and are intended educational or marketing purposes only. During your workshop session you will be creating your own artwork. The reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of our website is strictly prohibited unless authorized by Pixel Art & Design Studio.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY & MEDICAL EMERGENCY
As the legal parent or guardian, I agree to release and hold harmless Pixel Art & Design Studio, its owners,landlords, operators and franchisor from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Pixel Art & Design Professionals, its owners and operators or enroute to or from any of said premises.
Pixel Art & Design Studio, its owners, operators may seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. Any and all physical/mental problems, restrictions, or conditions of any participant must be provided to Pixel Art & Design Studio in writing prior to the commencement of any course or program, otherwise the participant is deemed to be in good physical and mental health.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
If for are registered in our programs but for any reason choose to cancel we will provide you with a full refund of the course fee minus a processing fee of $25. Processing fees do not apply for cancellations of up to 3 weeks prior to the onset of class. If you would like to try out our classes, you will have until the end of the second class to decide if the program is right for you. If for any reason you feel that the class is not suitable, we will refund 1/2 of the course cost minus a $25 processing fee. Please note that we do not provide refunds or credits after the end of the second class. In situations where courses have low enrollment, courses will be cancelled, students will be notified and you will be reimbursed for the full cost of the course. Courses may be transferred with an additional processing fee of $25.
It is your responsibility to inform us if you do not consent to any of the terms stated in this agreement.
